CHANGES & CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to make any last-minute changes to your plans, please contact us as soon as possible at (719) 633-1181. Full payment is due seven days prior to the start of your charter. Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance are refundable.
PLANNING AHEAD
Private Sedan/SUV Requests: To ensure availability, we suggest making reservations at least one week in advance. Our team will contact you with availability and a quote. For urgent requests within 48 hours, please contact our office directly.
Large Group Transportation: We offer a variety of options for large groups, including multiple vehicles and services to multi-destination locations. Options include shuttles, private cars, sprinters, vans, and transfers for large groups. For these services, please contact Gray Line at (719) 633-1181 or fill out the Private Request Form online.
PICKUP LOCATIONS
Denver International Airport:
Our driver will call the contact number provided upon the arrival of your flight to coordinate the pickup location. Drivers are not permitted to leave the vehicle.
Colorado Springs Airport:
Meet at the Colorado Springs Welcome Desk in the lower-level baggage claim area.
Philmont Scout Ranch:
Meet at the Philmont Scout Ranch Welcome Center.
